CABLE INTERNET USERS
Some cable Internet companies have a conflict with our Homebanking program. You
must make the following changes to your Internet Explorer program in order to
access Homebanking successfully.
Go
To Internet Explorer
Click
on Tools
Click
on Internet Options
Click
on "Connections" tab
Click
on LAN Settings
Click
OFF all settings (nothing on page should be checked)
Click
OK - this should do it, you should be able to access Homebanking now.
If this does not fix your problem, you must contact customer support at your
internet service provider. The conflict occurs with them and, unfortunately,
SEE&A cannot fix this problem for you.
